I think that Zell Miller brought shame and humiliation to the U.S. Congress tonight with his speech. Acting in his official capacity as a Senator, he spewed the most vile hatred I have seen in a long long time. He defied every measure of decorum befitting a Senator. Regardless of his personal views, I believe his behavior is a blemish to the entire Congress, and therefore he should be censored. For more on the technicalities of censuring a senator see this.
