Why are you always late?

Winnipeg,

Government,

It's all your fault!

 

They keep raising their bus rate

Even though I'm always late,

When I take the bus in the morning,

From frostbite my fingers were burning.

Even with our reduced student fare

The tickets get higher by a nickel every year.

The bus stops are at the worst places,

It would be faster to walk through mazes.

When the buses come early

Especially on days when I'm in a hurry.

I end up waiting in the cold for an hour,

While the government watches from their warm tower!
